Is Eloquence an event organization company? Is it a temporary staffing agency?
At Eloquence, we exclusively provide event staff; we do not produce the event itself. We are a service provider, not a temporary staffing agency.
Do you operate throughout Spain?
Yes, at Eloquence we provide staff nationwide. Additionally, we always hire all our staff directly without subcontracting services from companies in other cities. We have staff available across Spain, and when an event requires it, we mobilize our coordinators to ensure quality service.
What types of services can I cover with you?
We provide all kinds of staff you might need for your event. We specialize in brand ambassadors, promoters, festival assistants, waitstaff, hands, entertainers and hands.
Will I pay a surcharge for hiring staff who speak English?
No, at Eloquence we do not charge extra for our brand ambassadors who speak English. We consider it a basic requirement these days, so you will pay the same price whether you need them to be bilingual in English or not.
What capacity and structure does Eloquence have?
We are a team of +20 people, with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, and a revenue close to €3 million in 2023. Whether you need +1 person or +300, we will provide profiles that best match the characteristics of your event: congresses, festivals, promotions, trade shows, etc.
What does Eloquence mean?
Eloquence is the art of speaking, expressing oneself and persuading others through that expression. When we began our journey in 2017, we wanted to persuade, and we thought the best way to do that was to carry Eloquence in the very name of our company.

We are looking for brand ambassadors, promoters, waitstaff, assemblers, festival assistants, and also more specific profiles like instructors, actors, musicians, dancers, etc. We value experience in the events sector, but if you don’t have that, don’t worry—experience in customer-facing roles and, above all, a positive attitude are what matter most to us.

No, we work throughout Spain. From our platform, you can view the available job offers based on your location.
