Our history
Eloquence was born in Madrid in 2017, almost by chance and with plenty of eloquence. We started out as a small “hostess agency”, serving international clients who came to Spain for trade fairs and conferences.
Through hard work and with a very small team, we opened our Barcelona office in 2019.
One year later, we took another step: we broadened our vision and began providing event staff throughout Spain.
That was how we went from simply being a hostess agency to becoming a company specialising in event staffing.
In just a few years, Eloquence established itself as one of the highest-rated event staffing companies on Google. That recognition led us to one of our major milestones: being selected by UEFA to work at the 2019 Champions League Final in Madrid.
But just as we were beginning to take off, the pandemic arrived and the sector came to an abrupt standstill. Eloquence’s revenue literally fell to zero. There were almost two years without activity, but they also gave us time to prepare to return stronger than ever.
In 2022, we took another step by offering assistants for a range of roles. In a sector full of opportunities, this new path allowed us to accelerate our growth: from €150,000 in revenue with a team of 4 people in 2019 to more than €1 million in revenue in 2022.
In 2023, we acquired Plot Azafatas, a company with more than 35 years of experience in the sector. The transaction allowed us to double our revenue that same year and grow to a team of 15 people.
In 2024, we took another major leap: we worked with nearly 300 clients, managed more than 1,600 events and mobilised almost 3,000 professionals to form multidisciplinary teams capable of covering every type of project in Spain. Eloquence was becoming an increasingly recognised name.
In 2025, we crossed borders with the opening of our Lisbon office. We began offering our services in Portugal too, creating new synergies and consolidating Eloquence in the Iberian market.
In 2026, we are taking another step with our arrival in Seville, strengthening our operational capacity and moving even closer to our clients to provide an agile, personal and high-quality service.
Today, Eloquence is a company specialising in event staffing, with a presence in Spain and Portugal.
We work alongside brands and agencies to select, coordinate and manage teams of image brand ambassadors, promoters, coordinators, assistants, waitstaff, assemblers and logistics staff.
From conferences and international trade fairs to festivals, brand activations, sporting events, retail campaigns and corporate events.
