We are a young, tech-savvy, ambitious, and professional team dedicated to providing a 5-star service based on excellent treatment and perfection. Our platform allows us to manage projects involving dozens of people in just a few hours.
Eloquence was born in 2017 by chance and a bit of “eloquence.” Initially focused on providing brand ambassadors for international companies at their events in Madrid, our goal was to establish ourselves as a benchmark for foreign companies, enhancing the use of English in events while prioritizing the best possible treatment for our brand ambassadors.
In a short time, we became one of the highest-rated Hostess Agencies on Google, recognized by both our clients and our staff. In 2019, we opened offices in Barcelona, and in 2020, we recognized that the term “Hostess Agency” was outdated, evolving into what we are today: an Event Staffing Company.
Just when everything was set for takeoff, the pandemic interrupted our plans… After nearly two years of pause (and preparation), we returned stronger than ever, going from no revenue to closing 2022 at €1M. We continued into 2023, doubling our results with +230 clients across +1500 events, providing jobs for over +2150 people, including brand ambassadors, waitstaff, promoters, assemblers, festival assistants, and more.
